JOB RESPONSIBILITY
You are:
1. Compile safety programs and conduct regular related internal trainings to share best practice techniques. .
2. Practice safe working techniques.
3. Implement and maintain health and safety standards, compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
4. Maintain compliance with all safety regulations, standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent. .
5. Handling Scheduled Waste in the correct way:
- The Operation of a control equipment;
- The management of scheduled waste;
- The preparation and submission of reports, plans, proposals & others related to environmental matters.
6. To monitor and coordinate renewal of Certificate of Fitness, Fire Certificate and servicing of Fire Extinguisher of every factory.
7. To help the Company in fulfilling its statutory responsibilities and obligations, in line with the requirements stipulated by various Governmental Regulatory Agencies pertaining to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Safety and Health (DOSH/JKKP), the Fire Department (BOMBA), Department of Environment (DOE) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) on Chemical Control.
8. To assist in providing EHS related supporting documents for any internal and external audit.
9. Follow any duties which assigned by Top Management and HOD QA from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Male (below 50 years old is preferable);
2. Candidates must posses at least Certificate or Diploma in its relevant fields.
3. Candidates with at least 1 year working experience in related field is an
needed.
4. Hardworking and initiative person.
5. Must be result oriented and independence.
6. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
7. In-depth knowledge of the Occupational Safety & Health Act and Regulations.
