Job Description
Responsibilities
· Daily accounting data entry and bookkeeping.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales, receivable transactions, payments and their corresponding adjustments.
· Assist in monthly closing by performing clearing of the receivables, bank reconciliation and providing revenue and accounts receivable reports.
· Ensure documentations are organized, file and up-to-date
· Perform any other duties / assignment as assigned by the superior
Requirements
· Possess at least Diploma in Accounting
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
· Good working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and work independently.
