Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of CS department to ensure goals are achieved
Responsible for contract billings, ensure billings are completed and distributed to customers in a timely manner, ensure billing data accuracy
Sales order management for chargeable and free of charge toner
Generating and distributing management information reports to ensure information transparency to support management decision
Establish policies and procedures relevant to CS operations
Continuously to reshape department best practices to provide highest customer satisfaction
Monitor and evaluate outsource vendor performance
Responsible for executing new guidelines or strategies related to CS operations, project management
Attend to customer queries and disputes
Maintain effective communication internally and externally
Performs any other related duties as and when directed by superior
Job Requirement:
Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management. Basic Accounting & Finance knowledge is an advantage.
Preferably at least 5 years experience in managerial position with related working experience.
Good communication skills in English & Malay for both spoken and written. Ability in Chinese language will be an advantage
Experience in Sales Orders Support with Order Management, Customer billing and contract management is a must and able to deal with customers.
Must be proactive, handle work pressure & able to establish policies / procedures relevant to internal & external customer support, and experience in SAP system is an advantage.
Able to demonstrate good leadership in managing a team with at least 10 staffs.
Experience in customer service center or call center is not essential.
