This is a mid-level position for candidates that have prior working experience in social media agencies or editorial positions. You MUST be competent in content production for social media platforms and websites (Tik Tok, live-streaming, photography, videography) and have a strong portfolio of work to show for it.

The role requires you to be digitally savvy, experienced in project management, and a strategic mind to understand business goals so that you can plan, develop and deliver content that would meet the brand’s objectives. You are able to leverage on data insights to strategise for lead generation, recommend social media post formats for engagement and link clicks, and develop overall creative strategies for impactful campaigns. Most importantly, you have a good command of the English language (spoken and written).

This role will report to the brand’s Head of Partnerships and Community and Malaysia Country Director. You will be expected to lead the brand’s Content Marketing on its social media and blogs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead content production for social media (copywriting, storyboarding, scripting, shooting, styling)
• Exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of industry/topics
• Strategizing content pillars and sub-pillars
• Planning the editorial and content calendar
• Oversee and set guidelines on the writing style and tone for content on brand’s platforms
• Ideate, write, direct and develop original and iconic content for the purposes of content marketing
• Keep current with latest industry trends on home appliances and electronic goods and developments in the area of social media
• Able to both produce and also manage all forms of content development including articles, social media posts, and video content

• 2-5 years of experience in editorial or content development
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. Must be able to write, edit and proofread copy across a number of marketing channels
• Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask with great attention to detail
• Proficiency in running social media platforms, blogs and other brand communication channels
• Experience working in cross-departmental or cross-team environments
• Degree in journalism or any media related majors a bonus

We are now looking for a highly driven and motivated Industry Manager, Sales & Operations Planning, Advertising and Partnerships (APAC) to join our fast-growing team in Malaysia as a regional individual contributor. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Strategy and Operations vertical,  Advertising and Partnerships (APAC) team; you'll be the bridge between business and advertising technology making sure we are providing best-in-class services to maximize revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Planning & Execution

• Responsible for the Sales Operations, applications and tools’ integration, framework, strategy and roadmap
• Accountable for the sales planning exercises, owning and driving milestones with the respective cross-functional and partnerships teams
• Design and set up sales metrics and sales models based on strategic objectives
• Set up Salesforce SOP by evaluating existing booking practices and methodologies and explore opportunities for improvements
• Partner with various internal teams, including Product/Ad Ops/Sales/Marketing/Data/Business Development teams, to identify new strategic collaboration to drive operational efficiency and improved productivity
• Work closely with Marketing team to explore methods to support lead generation process such as using CRM tools and Salesforce
• Oversee the sales funnel through salesforce; track, measure and report accurately. Optimise the sales process to drive efficiency for partnerships teams
• Drive adoption of sales processes, SOP, SLA, best practices, forecasting tools and dashboards within respective regions through training and roadshows
• Owner of sales data accuracy and integrity
• Participate and contribute to the Advertising & Partnerships team’s growth and research projects

Analysis

• Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
• Track and report monthly sales revenue VS targets to provide data analysis on identifying business gaps and recommendation for improvement
• Take ownership of sales metrics such as inventory utilisation rate, forecast, sales pipeline, sales realisation and recurring rate and ROI
• Analyse, identify and build management dashboards to provide visibility on the health of the Advertising & Partnerships business and track other areas of growth opportunity

• Participate in organizing and implementing the advertising plan and budget formulated by the superior.
• Develop media promotion plans for projects and formulate relevant plans for product launch and promotion.
• Assist the operations department in managing global product operations and activities to increase worldwide user growth.
• Explore interactive community models and innovative capabilities, integrate online communities with offline communities for coordinated operations, establish a complete operation effect tracking and evaluation system, analyze process and result data, optimize the plan and then implement it.
• Responsible for managing the operation of the project on social media both domestically and internationally, building official fan pages, mining and analyzing user data, planning and executing activities, and analyzing the results.
• Continuously improve user research and competitor analysis, establish trust relationships with core users, and expand overseas industry KOL resources (including Twitter, Weibo, Ins, etc.) and Blockchain news media resources.

• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, journalism, or management-related fields, with at least two years of media work experience and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in internet community/overseas market operations and knowledge of Blockchain-related topics.
• Practical experience in overseas community operations and case studies, familiarity with community management methods, and experience in activity planning and data analysis.
• Familiar with and paying attention to mainstream media, communities, hot topics, internet trends, and platform operating modes, and able to maintain good cooperation relationships with multiple media outlets.
• Possess good initiative, self-motivation, closed-loop promotion ability, and logical thinking ability.
