Search are working in partnership with a well-established company based in Birkenhead. An Administrator is now required to join their growing team where you will provide a consistently high standard of administrative support to the team.
The successful candidate will be confident, enthusiastic and highly customer focused, the role will be supporting internal departments across the business with a range of administration tasks.
The role will initially be offered on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Duties Include:
- Working within a small team supporting internal departments with a range of administration tasks.
- Processing orders.
- We would need someone with great experience on main outlook applications such as Microsoft excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
- Managing a busy inbox ensuring all queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
- Daily ad hoc administration tasks, offering a helpful and positive can- do attitude.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience
- Administrative/customer service experience working in a busy team
- Knowledge of Microsoft software applications (outlook, word, excel etc.)
- Excellent planning and organising capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
