Responsibility :
· Answer telephone calls, take messages, or transfer calls to staff.
· Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.
· Manage work schedules, calendars, and appointments for customers or visitors.
· Process multiple online platform orders
· Prepare and process sales orders, purchase orders, billing, basic bookkeeping, and office documents.
· Process and prepare documents, such as business or government forms and expense reports.
· Type, format, or edit routine memos or other reports.
· Basic Inventory Control
· Assist superior/manager in daily tasks.
Requirement :
· Minimum SPM, Diploma, or LCCI or Equivalent.
· 1 to 2 years of working experience in the administration field (general clerk experience is an added advantage).
· Proficient in operating office machines (photocopiers, scanners, and personal computers).
· Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software for managing paperwork.
· Good communication skills; ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English/BM/Chinese
· Passion for the latest technology and a willingness to learn.
· Fresh graduates with positive attitudes are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
