about the job
The key role and responsibilities include:
1) Work with Project Managers/Project Engineers on project material and milestone billings
2) Assist Project Managers in the creation of projects in the system and update of project master list.
3) Creation and maintenance of document structure in server.
4) Review documents for Order entry and raise tasks for order booking for all SEA orders.
5) Assist Project managers in raising Purchase Requests, material requirements and intercompany Purchase orders.
6) Perform stock check, arrange logistics and shipment of finished goods and materials.
7) Warehouse/Staging management and support for Renovation/Shifting of staging area
8) Close out projects in the system upon project completion.
9) Work closely with the project team to review milestone invoicing, purchasing status etc.
10)Process suppliers/vendors invoices.
11)Support project team on all SEA related repairs.
12)Assist and review orders, invoices for month end closing activities. 13)Assist with purchases via shopping cart (as backup)
14)Arrange lunch for team or customers
15)Manage all office admin related matters and any other duties
about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the Project manager
skills and experience required
- Minimum Nitec / A level/ Diploma in Business management Administration or equivalent is required
- ** good knowledge on Microsoft office/ Excel functions **
- Good to have at least 1 years of admin experience in any field
- Be mindful and meticulous with the confidential materials and data handling
