Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions which include timely submission of P&L and balance sheet, reconciliation, AR, AP, financial reporting and other management reports.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Perform budgetary control and implement corrective and cost saving measures.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and relevant parties for statutory and legislative requirements.
- Review debtor’s Aging and vendor aging, reconciliation and credit risk management
- Responsible for the training and development of the department staffs; and
- Responsible for the migration of accounting system and SST implementation;
- To oversee the compliance to Standard Operating Activities regarding all financial functions;
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACCA, CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have great sense of urgency and are able to multitask under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills, proactive with a can-do attitude and result-oriented
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Preferences: Mandarin speak candidates
