ROLE OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE• Implement and use the designed sampling process.• To perform transactional quality in the given TAT.• Monitor process quality check audits• Ensure that the QA process meets the ISO Compliance• Assist the Operations team in the customer compliant & resolution process for the team.• Develop and maintain Client and internal stakeholder relationship• Drive best practice/idea sharing• Preparation of Quality Standard Documentation for the process and update it on a regular basis with regards to any changes• Conducting effective Quality sessions to enhance quality • Support in YB or GB projects• Highlight any potential risk or exceptions in the process.• Leading client calls DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, wherever applicablePeople Related:• Teamwork• Good communication flow with Ops stakeholders.Process Related:• Perform Quality checks for the number of samples agreed with agreed TAT• Timely resolution of client queries• Highlight any key exceptions or severe alerts• Drive Continuous improvement initiatives• Ensure that the QA process meets the ISO Compliance• Attend Training as per BPET roadmap for self-development• Ensure completion of the Internal and External Calibration sessions Competencies and Skill set• Good communication skills – Listens to other and communicate in effective manner• RTR profile with good knowledge in lease accounting and property management. Good to have additional AP and AR knowledge• Effective Business Writing • Logical reasoning / analytical mind• Adaptability and Flexibility – Adapts to changing business needs, conditions and work responsibilities• Sound knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio etc.)• Sound knowledge of ERP systems (Specially Oracle)• Display few leadership skills - Promotes organizational mission and goals, and shows the way to achieve them• Training to Associate/ Sr Associate when required• Problem Solving
