AML/CFT

The Right Profile

We are looking to hire an Finance & Accounting Associate who will be responsible for supporting the current Finance team in handling business expansion and enhancing financial reporting and processes. Reporting to Regional Financial Controller, this position will assist the Finance & Accounting (F&A) team in handling full set of accounts

Responsibilities:

• Prepare non-trade billings, bank reconciliation statements, journals and balance sheet schedules
• Review payment vouchers performed by F&A Outsourcer
• Update and check Treasury file for daily incoming and outgoing funds
• Perform GST Reporting and filing
• Involve in month-end closing for Accounts receivable, Accounts payables, General Ledger, Costing and Fixed Assets
• Assist in withholding tax and corporate tax filing
• Prepare audit schedules and government surveys

Requirements:

•  Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years of relevant experience
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience in using SAP
•  Good analytical and problem solving skills
•  Meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently under tight deadlines
•  Effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
