Ensure timely processing of invoices and claims with accurate coding for approval as per company’s process.
Ensure payments are prepared with high accuracy and on timely manner.
Achieve agreed KPI associated with invoice processing or any other payables related activities.
Update weekly cost trackers and perform month end activities such as preparation of reports.

Accounts Receivable

Ensure timely issuance of invoices, debit notes and credit notes with accurate coding for approval as per company’s Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments by following up with customers via phone, email, or mail to facilitate payment and maintain accurate records of customer payments and adjustments in the accounts receivable ledger.
Generate and send out invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues customers raise and collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and customer service, to address customer inquiries and resolve billing disputes.
Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve any discrepancies with general ledger accounts.
Prepare and distribute regular reports on accounts receivable ageing and collection activity.
Identify delinquent accounts and initiate appropriate collection actions, including sending payment reminders and initiating collections proceedings if necessary.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve accounts receivable processes and enhance cash flow.
Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries related to accounts receivable.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management to ensure compliance with regulations and optimise collection efforts.

General

Ensure company policies and procedures are being always adhered to.
Participate and contribute in new processes and developments within the organisation
Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as and when requested by management.
Respond to compliance audits and audit queries.

Candidate’s requirements:

Candidate must possess either a Professional certificate or bachelor’s degree in accountancy/Banking/Finance/Economics or equivalent.
At least SPM, Diploma/Degree in Accounting or other related accounting field with 3 years working experience.
Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet deadline and timely deliverable.
Required skill(s): SAP and SQL accounting system will be added advantage.
A team player who is self-motivated, independent.
Required language: English, Malay and Mandarin (To liaise with Mandarin client, vendor, stakeholder) 所需语言：英语、马来语和华语.
