Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher certification in interior design or a related field
• Proven experience as a sales designer in a kitchen cabinet and/or other wood panel-based furniture retail outlet
• Proficiency in designing software such as AiHouse is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored design solutions
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of pricing and product specifications
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Attention to detail and ability to create accurate and professional design presentations

Job Description

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Explain and educate customers on product specifications, pricing, and installation process.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for their customized furniture.
• Assist customers sales activities such as site measurement, on-site inspection, etc. when required.
• Utilize design software, such as AiHouse to provide customized furniture designs to customers based on their requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to maintain good customer relationships and close sales.
• Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Graphic Designer 平面设计师

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Preferable with minimum 1 or 2 years relevant working experience.
• Solid knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Video Editing, Photo Editing.
• Able to work within tight deadlines especially where back-to-back events are concerned.
• Able to communicate and well versed in multiple languages
  
  Work Location : Based Klang, Selangor
  Working Hour : 10am to 7pm

Job Description:

• Assist in creating relevant and engaging graphics for digital & social platforms such as infographics, content, guides, and blogs
• To assist the Marketing Team in handling all graphic design related tasks.
• To support the Marketing Team in conducting all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in designing and developing marketing printed collateral
• To think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop interactive designs.
• Using innovation to redefine a brief, brochures, etc. within the constraints of cost and time
• Working as part of a team with copywriters, video editors, photographers, illustrators, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists
• Assist in any other matters/duties assigned
