Job Requirements:

• Possess an ITE/Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual.
• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Engineering role within the audiovisual industry.

As a QA Game Tester, one is expected to play the game under development in order to detect and describe all abnormal behaviors (bugs) regarding game functions, graphics, logic, design and content. Such bugs are reported to the development team for resolving, to ensure the best game player experience and the overall quality of the game before being released to the market.

QA Game Testers ensure that the games they are testing meet all the Gameloft QA standards.

Responsibilities : 

• Identify the requirements and execute the tasks received.
• Report bugs for the entire features one is responsible for during the testing cycle.
• Post a clear and accurate description of each bug found in the QA database.
• Create test cases for the features they are responsible for.
• Provide feedback regarding the game/certain features of the game from both tester and user point of view.

What you will do

Under direct supervision and using established standards, responsible for hardware designs and software programming for HVAC control systems to meet the intent of the project requirements. Provides detailed information and submittals to communicate design and operation to customers, consultants, Johnson Controls field installation team and subcontractors. Responds to basic warranty calls.

How you will do it

• Selects hardware designs from standard design library for flow diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of materials, network layouts and electrical schematics as required.

• Performs software programming using established standards as a basis of design.

• Coordinates the creation of necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.

• Selects, orders, and tracks the delivery of materials for assigned projects.  Coordinates factory-mounting processes to meet factory and project schedule.

• Assists in the loading and commissioning of all system and network-level controllers as required. Assists in validation of complete system functionality and troubleshoots problems with subcontractors and other trades to ensure proper operation.

• Gathers field changes from the project team and creates as-built drawings and software. Prepares proper documentation and/or manuals for system operation.

• Keeps management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues.

• Assists in performing site-specific training for owner/operator on the total system.

• Completes paperwork including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation.

• Adheres to safety standards.  High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.

• Coordinates with project owners to determine engineering & field execution task responsibilities.

• Experience with installing and/or commissioning controls systems including system-level controllers.

• Reviewing product requirements, designs, and product changes from a test point of view and liaising with stakeholders resulting in a testable and maintainable systems and converting requirements into test specifications and tester designs.
• Cross functional team interactions for – Test activities deliverables, quality inputs for project, timeline discussion, solution discussions and any other support activity
• Take stand for right quality and hold the ground for valid defects in “Defect management” discussions.

Overview of the Role

US Personal Banking Technology (USPBT) Digital Governance is a multi-discipline team of risk management professionals managing end-to-end risk and governance, which includes risk identification, control design, execution, and quality analysis. Teams also identify, monitor and mitigate emerging and/or new regulatory, reputational, and operational risks across USPBT Digital.

The USPBT Digital Control Designer will be assigned to a cross-functional team within a specific set of domains to become a subject matter expert on the processes owned within the domains and the type of work they manage, helping to ensure that they have the right controls to manage their risks. A key success factor for the individual in this role will be the ability to build relationships and embed themselves into the Digital domain in order to stay abreast of upcoming projects and emerging risks.
