As a Vending Machine technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of vending machines at various locations. Your primary duties will include:

• Performing routine maintenance checks on vending machines to ensure proper functionality and cleanliness.
• Diagnosing and Troubleshooting technical issues with vending machines.
• Conducting repairs and replacements of defective parts to restore vending machines to working condition. 
• Responding to service calls from clients promptly and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Installing new vending machines on sites according to specifications and safety standards
• Refiling of vending machines ( 6-7 machines daily depending on scheduled route)

 

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/O level / Diploma or equivalent; C
• Electrical & Electronic certification is a bonus
• Able to comply with company and management rules
• able to work overtime if there is an urgent need/requirement 
• Possess own transport

Job Description

 

• Perform machine/tools/jigs maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot the machine/equipment whenever there are any breakdowns.
• Plan and schedule machine preventative maintenance (PM).
• Responsible to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) as per schedule for machines/equipment.
• Record and document maintenance activities such as SOP, PM, calibration report, machine manuals and technical drawings.
• Manage the maintenance action requisition form and perform task based on priority basis.
• To assist Factory Manager/ Industrial Engineer to  lialise with Purchasing Department related with machine part 
• To conduct/lialise with 3rd party contractor related with factory facilities such as compressors,HVAC etc.
• To perform other tasks that contribute to smooth daily operation

 

Requirement

• Possess a SKM,Diploma in Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a maintenance technician is preferred.
• Able to read AutoCAD and wiring drawings.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.

Responsible for B2B integration system, including EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), API (Application Programming Interface), and other integration methods to enable seamless data exchange between the organization and 3rd party vendor (OSAT)

 

• Analysing, designing, and optimizing B2B systems to satisfy the needs of the business requirements according to specifications and business processes. 

 

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders and users to understand their B2B system requirements, identify pain points, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

 

• System Design and Analysis: Analyze existing B2B systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimize processes, enhance system functionality, and increase efficiency.

 

• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve system issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with development teams or external vendors to implement appropriate fixes or workarounds.

 

• Report and utilize weekly and monthly operation performance metrics including key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvement.

 

• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, process flows, test cases, and user manuals.

 

• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and manufacturing to align requirements, address concerns, and communicate project/issue progress.

 

• Attends daily business or operations related meetings.

 

• Drive continuous improvement processes through system and network optimization, cost reductions and improved service in collaboration with other stakeholders and functions with the company.

 

• Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with RENESAS standards, data security regulations, and best practices related to B2B system integration.

•  Perform basic laboratory test as per accordance with approved test methods or procedures.
•  Assisting Microbiologist in carrying out laboratory testing, method development and compliance with QA/QC requirement.
