Job Responsibilities:
- To provide remote IT support on copier related issues via phone, live chat and email.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company (in person or over the phone)
- To diagnose and troubleshoot LAN/WAN network operating system, software and hardware.
- To configure and install drivers into PCs, Laptops, Smartphones to support copier printer, scanner function & scan to email function.
- To identify and resolve copier printer scanner issues on Window 10, Mac Operating Systems.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma in IT
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge and experience in general IT infrastructure, desktop / network management
- Multi-task efficiency
- Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in IT support
