STA Architect Sdn Bhd, an Architectural Design Practised based in Kuala Lumpur, is looking for enthusiastic, confident, exuberant, design-oriented individuals to join their growing team. Candidates who are keen developing their knowledge of Architecture not just in design, but in contract management and construction are encouraged to apply. Candidates must also be energetic, with flair and passion for design.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with P.A.M and at least R.I.B.A Part 1 or Part 2 exemption.
At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
Experience in project coordination with Clients, Consultants, Authorities and Contractors.
Excellent time management skill and able to meet deadlines.
Ambition and enthusiasm to learn and grow beyond your current capacity
Strong creative sense, team player, able to work independently and self-motivated. Able to lead others.
Assignments under minimal supervision.
Required skill(s): Sketch up, REVIT, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken
Applicants must be willing to travel if necessary.

Responsibilities:
Carries out design/drafting using AutoCAD/Sketch Up/Excel.
Assist and support Architect in design and submission work.
Familiar with standard building by laws and planning Act and Fire Art.
Understand Client briefs and concept options as per Client's requirement.
Exceptional Revit skills (at least two years)
Prepare and coordinate drawings and BIM models for design development, project’s local authority submission, tender and construction using BIM applications, tools and techniques
Attend BIM Coordination Meeting with Project Consultants, Coordinators & other disciplines
