What you’ll do…

•  Developing solid relationships across the Groups, Meetings & Events segment and securing new business opportunities
• Work with the Director of Sales & Distribution to build and execute your annual Account Management Plan outlining creative, proactive actions within your market to support the delivery of revenue objectives

• Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Sales managers are primarily tasked with training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
• Revenue generation of specified amount assigned, through sales (booth, sponsorship/ advertisement and fully integrated packages) to potential and new customers across products and revenue streams within a business unit.
• Generation of new business leads, through customer relationship development, cold calling, attendance at industry related events and market searching
