Lument provides comprehensive capital solutions for multifamily, affordable, seniors and health care real estate. •Operate various types of industrial film manufacturing and processing equipment including: Extruders, Laminators, Ovens, Deplyers, Slitters, Coaters, Mixers, and Core Slabber. Utilize PIVs (powered industrial vehicles)
•Prepare chemical solutions and monitor chemical processes. Use instruments to test the quality of chemical products to ensure they meet standards and specifications.

Associate Product Manager, Analytics

The Role: This role will work within the risk space, focused on our Portfolio Construction tool within our risk capability. The risk Associate Product Manager reports to the Director of Product Management, Research Technology and Product Solutions within the Analytics organization. This person should have a strong financial background with experience managing large data sets for functionality and collaborating with internal and external clients. This person should be quick to learn Morningstar products and be able to translate product/client request into a strategic vision for how to build out the our capabilities for highest impact.
Responsibilities:
Assist in defining the strategy for enhancing the portfolio construction tool to provide the highest impact it’s users
Manage and prioritize roadmap for feature impact, based on development capacity, with requests and feedback across multiple business units
Oversee team scrums, outlining business requirements for key objectives, assess and advise on solutions, and ensure the team is focused on the right things at the right time
Streamline production and operational processes, focus on building scalable technical solutions
Qualifications:
Expertise in finance, managed investments, and/or financial modeling tools
1-3 years of experience working in product management, business analyst, project management, or program management for data driven functions
Experience creating roadmaps from conception to launch, partnering with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives from idea to implementation
Experience with leading a development team using an Agile methodology, including generation of epics, user stories, or technical requirements. Scaled agile, scrum, and AWS practitioner certifications a plus
Strong analytical and technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
Ability to achieve strategic goals and evolve strategy based on data and user feedback
Experience managing scope, and coordinating work with distributed teams in remote regions
Excellent oral and written communication, technical, planning, and analytical skills

SUMMARY
Sets up and operates cell manufacturing and test equipment in order to produce final product. Inspects parts as needed for product quality. Performs standard work and uses process control methods to complete the manufacturing process. Performs routine preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
