The Role

• Contacting and liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Conducting market research and interpreting market information
• Preparing cost estimates and developing budget plans for tender
• Providing full assistance and support to the Company’s Projects team and commercial team
• Assist Senior QS in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-6 months commitment, 6 months preferred
• Fast and willing learner, able to multitask and highly motivated
• Independent, communicative and proactive team worker
