Job Descriptions:

• To be responsible for all the execution of Contracts progress.
• To monitor the installation progress as well as co-ordination with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignment.
• To report and monitor of progress of project to Project Manager.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
• To prepare method statement, shop drawings, installations / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
• To coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.
• To coordinate / prepare technical submissions with suppliers / subcontractors.
• To assist the Project Manager to negotiate / procure materials, equipment and labour in accordance to (or below) the allocated approved budget.
• To hold technical discussions with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site issues.
• To liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.
• To have experience in working at Data Center is added advantage.
• Mechanical: Familiar with air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system / fire protection system, sanitary and plumbing system.
• Electrical: Familiar with HT / LV / ELV / lighting control / BMS.
• Skill required: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Microsoft office.

As process engineer single sector, the successful candidate will contribute to improve the performance of the Sector, in terms of reliability, efficiency, quality, process safety, environment and variable costs. Upon request of the Head of Process, the successful candidate may have to work on studies conducted in other sectors, depending on the study priorities, and load plan of the moment.

TECHNICAL SCOPE

1. Process and Engineering knowledge:

• Provide knowledge of the process and contributes to the update of the process reference documentation on the unit process (process description, PFD, PID, etc.).
• Perform engineering calculation and provide equipment data sheet in supporting the needs of Operation and Technical service department through Management of Change Process (MOC).
• Participate in technical evaluation process for vendor selection.
