WE ARE LOOKING FOR…
- The role of the Head, Business Management is to provide oversight and management of critical FA Distribution operations, Finance management, administration and business processes to support the delivery of key results areas through the tied FA channel.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Finance, budget and expense management - Financial management which include the followings:
- Responsible for the financial health of the company,
- Overseeing and reviewing works done by the team which includes expense management and accrual of expenses, etc.,
- Budgeting and forecasting for the business,
- Liaising with our outsource provider on financial matters,
- Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement
- Process Improvement - Sales & Operational Process improvement
- Performance analytics and business reporting - Report generation & dissemination to key stakeholders and Sales force. Consolidation of reporting across the clusters ensuring correct and timely work processing and issuance of quality reports
- Sales office space management – Oversight on Sales Office Space and Renovation working closely with Real Estate and Finance Depts, and review and alignment of all office space rental and validation requirements.
- Location vendor / procurement management - Liaise with vendors and raising payment via Ariba/ MA
- Events Management – Management of Annual Awards Event.
- Appeals Management – Coordination and approval of appeals within Delegated Authority. Further streamlining of process and framework.
- Communication Management – Overseeing the dissemination of Infosheets, Keynotes, Bulletins and eDMs on company’s campaign, incentives, reports and important messages in a timely manner to the relevant sales force.
- Staff development, Succession planning and Performance management.
- Sales Operational Support. Management of eshop, festive seasons sales items (CNY Red packet and Hari Raya Green packets, etc).
- And any other adhoc business management support not cover in the above.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree holder
- Experience: 10 years’ experience in insurance distribution and Finance management
- Specific Business Knowledge:
- Insurance business rules, processes, structures & systems; Strong leadership; interpersonal and communication skills; knowledge on Life Insurance, FAA, LIA guidelines; agency business models and industry practices; sound analytical and decision making capabilities.
