Responsibilities:

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human
  resources/administrative position.
• PC literacy (MS Office, in particular).
• Familiarity with an HRIS or HRMS.
• Good knowledge of labour laws.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources function which includes manpower planning, recruitment and selection, payroll, training and development, performance management, employee welfare administration, compensation/benefits and other HR related support service.
• Assist in maintain and ensure ISO policies, procedures and forms are updated as per ISO requirements.
• Identify training needs, monitor training programs, training evaluation, update training record, etc.
• Prepare letters, contracts, memos, etc.
