Responsibilities:

• To market industrial hire purchase product to existing customers and new prospects.
• To conduct site visit and Know Your Customer (KYC) on new applications and
  make recommendations with sound credit judgement to credit department.
• To ensure assigned cases are followed up timely and ensure completion within
  stipulated time frame.
• To develop and maintain good business relationship with existing and prospective
  customers and suppliers.
• To conduct ongoing review on existing customers and assist in collections whenever required.
• Plan and carry out more marketing activities to achieve the target in term of volume amount and number of clients.
• Achieve sales and profit target.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Commerce or any discipline.
• At least 2 years of working experience in marketing of hire purchase products or any other related financial products.
• Knowledge of current hire purchase market trend will be an added advantage.
• Strong initiative and desire to exceed sales target.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good marketing, sales management and analytical skills.
• Possess own transport.
• Strong competence in Mandarin language would be an added advantage as the position role require to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and counterparts.
• Fresh graduates with drive and keen interest in a marketing career may be considered.

Responsibilties :

- Conduct market research to identify interview & selling possibilities and evaluate personality needs

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities for interview invitation through networking & social media 

- Schedule an interview appointment  ( F2F or Video Call ) with the personality for our dedicated editors throughout all states.

Requirements :

1) Must possess at least SPM/ O-Level , Diploma or Degree in any field. 

2) Proven min 2 years  experience in telemarketing , sales or customer service 

3) Proficiency & Fluency in English is essential

5) Clear and confident phone manner

6) Good relevant product knowledge

• To call customers/members who are not active and invite them to the club by holding events/functions.
• To conduct market survey and analyse the market information and trends, customers’ needs and feedback of our products and services provided. 
• To analyse customers’ interests for setting marketing targets for all marketing activities.
• To work within the department budget to ensure cost-effective marketing plans for each proposal.
• To provide post event reports and analysis on marketing program to management team.
