The Role Responsibilities

Supports the Global Head of Corporate Coverage CIB’s office as the Business Planning manager for Corporate Coverage including Global Subsidiaries, and will be responsible globally in driving business performance and results through 1) Business reviews & sales enablement, 2) Client portfolio management and proposition, 3) People agenda and frontline communication, 4) Business strategy execution and project management and 5) supporting discussions and decision-making at various forums / committees

· Ensure frontline awareness of key operational changes impacting clients, RMs and the broader client teams

The Role Responsibilities

As a Lead Business Analyst in our cross-functional squads, you will support the Product Owners in driving the outcomes of the squad to deliver on their objectives and key results. The Financial Markets Technology function is responsible for the systems development and technology infrastructure which underpin the Bank’s services for Financial Markets clients. Among the investments into the Financial Markets (FM) infrastructure, the Strategic FM re-platforming (SFMRP) programme aims to transition FM businesses and support functions from legacy Trade Processing systems to the strategic Front to Back FM platform. Its current objective is to migrate all Derivatives (excl. Equities) from Murex 2.11 to the strategic FM platform.

This programme supervises the build out the strategic FM platform components for Transaction Processing:

· Blade (User Interface for pricing, execution, booking and post-trade events),

· SABRE STELLA (Trade Life-cycling engine),

· SABRE TDS (Trade Data Services),

· RATAN ONE (One Stop UI for FM Operations),

· CDU PS (Confirmations),

· Razor (Settlements),

· DQSL (Data Query Service Layer) and SSDR (Self-Service User Reporting).

The Front to Back Test lead will be responsible for the definition and successful execution of the overall stream level test strategy and execution.

The role entails the following responsibilities:

· Manage and deliver the end-to-end testing programme from local system integration to Group system integration involving multiple onshore and offshore systems across multiple departments / functions

· Manage the User Engagement for the purpose of user acceptance testing and signoff

· Manage the test execution (execution tracking, defect management)

The Role Responsibilities

This role is under Frontline and Business Performance Team which in turn is part of the broader CCIB Business Development Team. The Role Responsibilities

The Working Capital Product Manager is responsible for development, execution, and commercialization of product strategy, while being aligned to clear, simple, and robust product universe governance and product risk lifecycle management.

· The launch of sustainable finance offerings

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Support the Market Head SEA, PvB in all aspects of his role, including coordinating and leveraging internal resources across the bank, as required. The job holder is expected to have a growth mindset and be able to diagnose efficiency opportunities, develop policies and solutions and able to execute the plan to a desired outcome. General Management

· Be a trusted advisor to the Market Head SEA, PvB and a key conduit between him/her and their direct reports and teams.

· Manage Front Office related initiatives (this includes new product launch, new platform and digital initiatives) to drive efficiency & improve the capacity of the team through:

· Enable business values through client engagement/ feedback via Front Office and Operations transformation. To play a key role to ensure that voice of clients is translated to effective process in operations.

· Drive Best in class service through analysis of strategies from the results of clients’ surveys findings.

· Ensure appropriate prioritisation of issues around risk, control, investment, people, projects, and change management in collaboration with Business enablement team with PvB.

Client Servicing & Infrastructures Management

· Work with Market Head SEA, PvB and key stakeholders in Private Banking to deliver the client journey and state vision ( best in class client experience) and embed the way of working within Private Banking

· End to end accountability for front-office processes connected with client servicing execution

· Evaluates situations using diverse range of internal and external sources (e.g. operation procedures, practices and standards) and translates strategy into tactics for own area of Business Function and country / region

· Partners with other Business Divisions and / or Business Functions to identify emerging issues and resolve queries with minimal guidance.

· Identifies and resolves problems by applying professional expertise and experience to identify and select creative solutions / process improvements guided by global policy and practice

· Has a clear understanding of the Group's products and segments and the related dependencies and how they fit with the relevant Country/ Business Function portfolio, risk strategy and regulatory implications

· Identify and create areas of competitive advantage in the servicing domain, including executing changes initiated by Group Private Banking,

· Proactive stakeholder management across Group Country Business, T & I, COO, Booking Centre Head, Compliance, Finance & Risk to ensure alignment across the organisation on delivering the end state vision.

· Embed servicing related processes to align to Clients’ requirement while adhering to the bank’s Operational risk framework ( ORF)

· Deliver outcomes on standard metrics/ scorecard for servicing eg Productivity, accuracy, service levels, losses/ lapses, issues, residual risk acceptances and the ORF related to servicing.

People and Talent

· May hold some accountability for setting budgets for their department. This may be within a particular area, such as suppliers. Responsibility will generally focus on tracking costs against given budgets and providing input into budget planning. In consultation with their manager will allocate budget across teams (if required)

· Champion and act as a role model of the Group’s values and culture in the country

· Lead and support a change in mindset, building a culture of client centricity, agility, and accountability through standardised metrics and measurement, ensuring everyone in Operations are drivers and owners of client outcomes.

Governance and risk management

· Work closely with risk teams to ensure that the Market Head SEA, PvB is updated on the risk profile of the function including elevated risks.

· Develops and exercises policies and process at the Group-wide or regional level. May also be responsible for various projects at Group-wide or regional level to improve efficiencies.

· Takes the lead to drive change processes within the Bank through strong ability to influence.

· Leads and execute the delivery of a product or process that has a Global Business Function / Group-wide wide impact. Has significant impact to the Group's strategy in a defined area through driving changes in policy and procedures in a specific area.

· Ensure effective management of operational risks in the servicing and transacting journey for PvB clients in compliance with applicable internal policies and external laws and regulations.

· Responsible for embedding of Operational Risk Framework linked to journeys related to servicing and transacting in PvB, ensuring appropriate focus on High risk and Very High-risk issues.

· Responsible to minimise operational loss and audit failures and in conjunction with country and regional COOs, ensure appropriate focus on issues and resolutions in collaboration with business risk management

· Responsible for ensuring that direct reports execute responsibilities as outlined in the Group Operational Risk Framework.

JOB SUMMARY

· Embark on an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and shape the future of managing risk in Standard Chartered. We are seeking a dynamic individual to act as the key Subject Matter Expert on CCIB Credit Risk in an ongoing Risk transformation program focused on improving the management stress capabilities within the bank and especially within Risk. The role holder will work directly with the Executive Director, ERM Delivery, CCIB Credit Officers and Program resources to deliver the strategic state.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

· Designing analytical tools/models to allow performance of rapid stress testing analysis in the CCIB book with a focus on building tools to allow for detailed financial statement stress and estimating impacts on key risk measures such as RWA and ECL

· Designing the final end state for CCIB Credit Management Stress Testing

· Lead engagement with Vendors for development of analytical tools

· Analysing the output for the management stress tests from GCFO and the Risk Stress testing tools to identify key insights and propose actions

· Gathering and documenting requirements for Management Stress Testing capabilities for CCIB Credit

JOB SUMMARY

· This role is under the Frontline Insights and Analytics team in the broader Frontline Performance, Client Coverage Business Development Team. The Frontline Performance Team owns and executes a portfolio of productivity and frontline capability enablement tools, oversees external client wallet benchmarking, and coordinates strategic workforce planning.

· The incumbent will work closely with the Frontline Insights and Analytics team in executing the commercial objectives of the CCIB business. The role will provide crucial support in executing against multiple pillars of workstream within the team including Frontline Insights, Client Wallets and Frontline Reporting.
