JOB  REQUIREMENTS 

- 2-3 years of experience in interior design related field/ firm.

- Strong skills in 3Ds Max, CAD to deliver realistic luxury designs. 

- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. 

- Handle multiple projects efficiently under deadlines. 

- Experience in residential design preferred; commercial will be bonus.

- Own car transport. 


JOB  RESPONSIBILITIES

- Experience working on CREATIVE layout plans and design concepts knowledge in residential projects. 

- Good time management delivering design proposals to client and oversee projects timeline.

- Coordinate and Communicate with contractors ensure all drawings and on-site executed properly.

- Can speak fluent Mandarin language to communicate with China suppliers.

- Strong understanding to specify material finishes and construction requirements, with high attention to details. 

- Willing to learn, seek for improvements, work well in a team with positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to design, prepare design concept proposal and drawing related to project while meeting deadlines
• Monitor the design coordination process to ensure the interior design, structural, architectural and M&E works are coordinated
• Conduct site planning and inspection, safety and site cleanliness, quality control
• Oversee the coordination and production of construction drawings and site verification and control measurements
• Well versed in technical and detail drawings
• Prepare 3D drawing using 3D Max
• Select and propose materials and sample boards
• To liase with client, contractors and carpenters to ensure the project is completed on time and up to standard
• Attend meetings, site visit and site measurement when required

Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
• Must possess at least 4 years working experiences in related fields
• Required skill(s): AutoCad, 3D Studio Max V-Ray, Photoshop
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin
• Good communication skill with analytical & creative mind and able to work independently with positive attitude
• Possess own transport
