ACCOUNT MANAGER   

The Account Manager plays a crucial role as a bridge between the agency and its clients. This position involves managing client relationships, understanding the client's needs, and ensuring the successful execution of communication campaigns. Purpose:

• Work closely with production, material and inventory control to meet the customers's requirement with maximum efficiency.

• Working experience in a manufacturing enviroment and production planner.
• A fast learner and to work indepently.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent; Further education or cetification is preferred.

 Job Responsibilities:-

• To create and conceptualize the company’s brand image.
• Manage the content to marketing of Company’s social media to ensure customer receive full knowledge and information about our products and services by means of product photos, details or video.
• To assist in visual merchandising display at head office and set-up of merchandize display showcase at major events & road shows.
• Meet with immediate superior to determine the scope of a project.
• To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management/Superior from time to time.
   

Job Requirements: -

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Working experiences in commercial designing field.
• Good understanding of e-commerce concepts and practices.
• Good Knowledge in video editing & photo shooting and experience in web designing.
• Knowledge of social media, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu platforms.
• Strong organizational, capable to handle multiple concurrent tasks and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• 優秀的書面和口頭溝通能力，尤其是英語和馬來語。
• 熟練社交媒體分析工具、內容創建工具、圖形設計軟體以及影片編輯工具和平台（FB、IG、Tiktok、Linkedin、Twitter (X)）。
• 能夠在快節奏的環境中處理多項任務、確定優先順序並按時完成任務。
• 對永續發展、環境管理和社會責任的熱情。
• 具有團隊合作精神，具有有效的溝通技巧以及與不同團隊合作的能力。
