2.Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving results in a local context.

3.In-depth knowledge of TikTok's ecosystem, algorithms, content trends, and best practices as they apply to the Malaysian audience.

4.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and inspire confidence.

5.Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions tailored to the local market.

6.Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage

We seek an experienced and motivated Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with strong analytical skills, Power BI and ThoughtSpot expertise, and the ability to thrive in a multi-cultural environment. In addition to individual analytical prowess, this role requires leadership capabilities to guide and lead a team of contract workers. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with onshore teams, ensuring effective communication and successful delivery of BI solutions.

• Act as Employee Benefit subject matter expert in the Company, from onboarding to movement to claims.
• Meet the team sales targets in a timely manner.
• Train sales colleagues with non-insurance backgrounds to master Employee Benefits.
• Work with financial advisor representatives on prospects insurance restructuring.
• Identify and analyse selected market segments for various group products.

• Ensure BNM regulations and compliance requirements are met.

• We are seeking individuals with a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, brokering, sales management, and client interaction within the Malaysian insurance industry.
