Responsibilities

• Arrange reasonable manufacturing planning according to production orders and complete manufacturing tasks on time.
• Coordinate with other engineers, suppliers, and assembly teams to ensure machines meet OEE targets.
• Establish technical manuals, drawings, models, training documentation, preventative maintenance plans, and troubleshooting guides for newly established automated equipment/processes.
• Work with automation suppliers for design reviews, research, installation, and troubleshooting of parts.
• Examine the manufacturing management in the workshop and the implementation of the manufacturing technical documents.
• Responsible for coordinating new product pilot manufacturing.
• Responsible for the maintenance of mold and fixtures in the area of responsibility
• Participate in the trial production, testing, and review of new products, materials, and molds.
• Ensure records are adequately maintained, updated, and traceable per ISO 13485 requirements.
   

Requirements

• Prefer Mechanical Engineering/ Polymer Engineering or another related field.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, good team spirit, strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and good communication and presentation skills.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking colleague

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technically advise suitable products, service or equipment for Client. 
• Secure and Renew Orders and Coordinate for the delivery. 
• Meeting with Clients onsite to propose irrigation solution for the site. 
• To Coordinate with Marketing team to produce the necessary sales kits (i.e. technical presentation, sales brochure, advertisement and etc.) 
• Assists with research and development of new product and services 
• Prepare detail bill of material and quotation for all enquiry, including surveying with drone & producing contour map for potential customer. 
• Provide preliminary design conceptual drawing for presentation and quotation. 
• In charge for the operation of e-commerce 
• In charge for providing tutorial or training program for Client (i.e. Landscape Architect, M&E Consultant,Developers and etc.) 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Minimum SPM/ Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree or equivalent in related field. 
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Ability to converse fluently in Mandarin & English
• Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) 
• Excellent in AutoCAD 2D 

Purpose of Roles

The successful candidate will have responsibility to support the further development of our Electrical Engineering Design, specifically planning and integration of the electrical control for bus body and chassis electrical systems with respect to hardware components, harnesses and panels.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the NPD Strategy for EV, FCEV and HEV electrical control systems.
• Support the development of electric powertrain charging systems.
• Participate in the vehicle life cycle development through concept to engineering design, prototype build, certification, to Job 1
• Work effectively within a cross-functional team on the overall vehicle development
  Elicit external and internal stakeholder requirements for new product developments.
• Selection of electrical components and systems into new and existing vehicle designs ensuring products used meet required standards.
• Design and specification of electrical hardware components for the integration of vehicle subsystems, e.g. fuseboards, switchboxes.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage the progress to meet timing, specification, and engineering requirements
• Undertake the technical assessment and analysis of components and systems and develop optimal solutions to meet overall vehicle requirements.
• Design, and develop CAN communications systems and architecture.
• Design of low and high voltage control for bus body and chassis electrical systems,including wiring harnesses and electrical panels.
• Document, validate and provide FMEA for design reviews and NPD gateways.
• Creation of technical documentation with respect to the vehicle electrical system and installation eg. Wiring schematics, system schedules, harness drawings, electrical engineering standards and procedures.
• Provide and co-ordinate vehicle test plans and commissioning, testing and data logging of vehicle control systems.
• Provide Technical assistance to production, support engineers and the customer.
• Continued development of electrical system to improve ease of installation and to reduce the cost of manufacture.
• Co-ordinate with assembly and manufacturing teams to ensure that the assembly of the electrical system is correctly defined and implemented.
• Provide system technical information and documentation for both internal and external customers.
