Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Provide necessary support to the Sales Team.
• Respond to customers’ inquiries on Company products.
• Perform data entry, sales order, and follow-up the shipment.
• Liaise with all level colleagues (Especially Production Team).
• Other duties and ad hoc assignments as and when required.
   

Requirements:

• The candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• At least 2years of working experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willing to learn attitude.
• Training will be provided.
• Good command of spoken/written English & Mandarin.

To receive calls to provide first level support by receiving phone calls from Hong Kong students/ customers regards ACCA general enquiries. Eg; exam entrance process.

* Working Hours/Days: Monday - Friday (in a month only need to work for 1 day on Saturday)
* 2 rotational off days per week
* 8am - 8pm (Rotational eg; 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm etc)

Salary: RM3,000 - RM3,500 + RM 300 RNR (attendance & performance)

Location: Plaza Sentral, across KL Sentral

Start Date: 18th March 2024

Job Requirement:

• Hold a Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Preferably possess backend support working experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a related role.
• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced applicants; entry-level discussions are possible based on previous experience.
• Previous experience in backend support, customer service, or related roles is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Malay, both spoken and written; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents and data.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
