The span of the target market is broad and requires broad-based knowledge of the target clients, the overall competitive framework and the capabilities and limitations of the VCF product suite. The overall VCF APAC region is being created to maximize scale and to increase overall efficiency and efficacy. While the role will lead to being a deal captain, it also will require the ability to trust and empower employees to execute while moving on to new opportunities. The person in is this role will be key to contributing to the overall pipeline of the regional franchise and to enhancing awareness within the bank and among bankers. An ability to identify client needs and provide solutions that are able to be delivered as promised and in reasonable timeframes (as well as in line with efficiency, digitalization, and revenue and return targets) is key to success.
As one of the 3 pillars of Structured Lending in the Wholesale setup, VCF is the centre of competence/excellence for payables, inventory and receivables finance solutions. VCF operates across all regions where Wholesale currently operates and primarily serves clients of Wholesale and also serves clients of the Rabobank Group entities, e.g. DLL.
VCF is established to continue to provide Rabobank clients with optionality of products for their working capital needs and to enhance the revenue contribution of clients to the overall Wholesale revenue line by being a one stop service provider for working capital, supply chain finance and value chain finance for customers in the international food & agri markets (Banking4Food). History has shown that if a client is a user of an ABF or SIP product offering, then the client is typically elevated to HVC status in conjunction with other Rabobank product offerings or on a standalone basis.
VCF is a growth engine as part of being Fitter, Stronger and Better and has an ambitious MTP that seeks c. 10% CAGR growth through increased penetration of offerings across the client base, integrated and multi-use product offerings for clients and new product development.
By offering highly structured products with protective measures embedded as our clients’ profiles deteriorate, it is intended that VCF delivers a high quality of recurring earnings with low impairment levels (historically nil). Job Description
The Global Clinical Supply (GCS) organization is accountable for managing the 'end-to-end' integrated clinical supply chain across the full Research & Development Division portfolio of clinical trials. GCS supports more than 300 Phase I-IV clinical trials run in-house, 400+ outsourced or run by partners, and 300+ our Company ISS clinical trials. GCS is accountable for the planning, sourcing, labelling, packaging and delivery of clinical supplies to clinical sites across more than 60+ countries, in accordance with US and Global regulations, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures.
The GCS Clinical Planning (Planning) organization is the key interface between clinical development teams and the operational/executional arms within the business. Clinical Supplies Project Managers (CSPMs) are responsible for the translation of global clinical study demand into supply plans and are accountable for all delivery of clinical finished goods materials to initiate trials on time and maintain patient continuity of supply.
Reporting to the Section Head of one of the Therapeutic Areas, the incumbent will have responsibility to manage a team of Clinical Supply Planning Managers (CSPM) responsible for managing supporting clinical supply programs, protocols and/or inventory. Responsibilities may also include assignments of varying phase, complexity, priority & involvement with external collaboration partners.
Primary Responsibilities:

We are looking for an end-to-end supply chain operations leader to join the Personal Systems Operations team in a dynamic role that will drive the supply chain operations strategy for HP’s Commercial PC business. This is a fast-paced, dual role, and as such the ideal candidate is driven to learn, grow, and is dedicated to making a meaningful difference. This role leads new product introductions (NPI), product refreshes, and lifecycle management for commercial notebooks and desktops at global and regional factories. Responsibilities include end-to-end supply chain program management from product concept through end of life in partnership with the global business unit (GBU), markets, ODM/CM factories, and supply chain functions.
Additionally, this role also serves as the supply chain GBU interface to the Commercial PC Division President and is a member of their extended leadership team. As the single supply chain point of contact for the GBU leader, keeping the leader up to date on E2E supply chain initiatives and facilitating the operational trade-offs between the GBU teams and the supply chain functions (as appropriate). Summary of Role:
The Director of Procurement and Supply Chain Finance will partner with Supply Chain Management to extract hidden competitive advantages in the company’s sourcing, procurement, logistics and distribution chain. This job will create structural transparency and accountability using KPIs. This role will represent the finance agenda in a variety of projects from transformational to tactical that are aimed at improving the financial outcomes of our worldwide operation. Essential Responsibilities:
Create and implement a clear strategic vision of how Finance can enable supply chain to optimize the business and organization. Build an organization of analysts to partner with the Operation to achieve financial commitments.
Provide strategic business leadership with Executive Supply Chain Management on initiatives and sequencing to create a company competitive advantage in sourcing, production, logistics, distribution, and procurement cost and sourcing
Be one of the organizations strongest change catalysts and set that pace within your team of analysts
Develop multi-year cost and capacity target and glide paths in line with revenue and profitability targets through production and sourcing strategies
Develop cash targets, inventory goals and BOM targets that tie back to P&L model financial goas.

The Director, Supply Chain Design and Execution – Medical Distribution will report to the VP, Supply Chain Flow and Strategy – Medical Distribution. This position leads the Supply Chain Design and Execution team; focused on ensuring our distribution network can support future growth while driving best-in-class service at an optimal cost across the U.S. Medical supply chain. With approximately $1 Billion in U.S. supply chain costs, this individual will partner with Operations and Commercial teams and use data-driven analysis, strategic thinking, initiative ideation & prioritization, and project management skills to identify current supply chain capacity and capability gaps and deploy solutions to improve end-to-end flow of product through the supply chain. This individual must have experience driving end-to-end solutions and managing analytical teams in one or more critical supply chain functions (e.g., transportation, distribution, replenishment, network design, Capital planning, deployment, etc.). Ideal candidate will also have experience across different industries, allowing him/her to draw upon and implement best practices.
