Role Summary
PSRG Office is seeking to hire an equity analyst to expand our team in Singapore. The candidate will work on generating trading ideas in single stocks globally and partner closely with IG (Investment Group) colleagues globally. The candidate will work on both existing positions and new investments globally. Outside of single stocks, the candidate will be expected to help with investment in equity indices globally partnering with PSRG teams.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead commercialization and shape roadmap for Google’s first-party Brand Reach and Frequency planning products, such as Reach Planning/TV in Reach planner insights finder and Cross-Media Reporting.
• Be a subject matter expert on brand planning and reporting solutions, especially on reach and frequency concepts. Advise markets on how to adapt unique product value propositions markets/vertical nuances.
• Prioritize critical opportunities to innovate products based on the needs of APAC markets and customers through continual market collaboration, and occasional engagement with customers and partners.
• Develop and implement proactive plans to influence senior product leaders towards strategies and features that will help accelerate APAC LCS business.
• Design and operationalize complex regional activation programs collaboratively. Energize and rally cross-functional partners (LCS, specialists, cross-Go-To-Market) around these programs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with media planning and reporting, product, or sales strategy.
• Experience with Google Planning and reporting tools such as Reach Planner, TV in Reach planner, and insights finder.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced business acumen and knowledge of digital ads and Google’s business.
• Ability to thrive and exercise judgment in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
• Ability to work hyper collaboratively and energize those around you toward a common goal.
• Advanced problem-solving and project management skills.
• Proven track record of executive influence and stakeholder management.

Job Responsibilities:

- Work with key stakeholders to support development of business plans / initiatives

- Produce business performance / pipeline decks for regular business meetings, including detailed and accurate asset and deposit pipeline across Coverage and Product

- Produce comprehensive, targeted, and insightful reports / presentations that summarize findings and recommendations which supports the senior management decision-making

- Work with International team to collate status on Group Internal Audit issues and support closure of it by way of escalation

- Support the tracking of business initiatives, Projects and follow up actions

- Support ad hoc business analysis and management reports

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices

- Ad hoc business analysis as business opportunities and challenges arise

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business / Economics / Finance or related field

- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in project management, change management in Banking sector

- Minimum experience working in a matrix organisation structure

- Possess good working knowledge of the regulatory requirements, standards and compliance policies for wholesale banking
