We’re currently looking for a Purchasing Strategy Intern to join our Purchasing Strategy team. The position will be located at our Headquarters in Franklin, TN and will be a full-time role for the summer of 2024.

During the course of your internship, you will have the chance to:
- As a primary project, lead the progression of the Purchasing Career Ladder Program, ensuring team education on the process and acting as the go-to for FAQs, while closely monitoring schedules and maintaining SharePoint infrastructure.
- As a secondary project, advance the ongoing Procedure SharePoint project for the Purchasing Process Improvement Team (PPIT), identifying procedural gaps and coordinating improvements through weekly team meetings.
- Engage with the Americas Purchasing team to foster collaboration and support strategic projects, including supplier relations and communication initiatives.
- Provide versatile support across various tasks, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to team and project success.
In order to qualify for this role, you must:
- Currently be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Strong organization ability with keen attention to detail
- Be self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop your talents and skill sets
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Access, etc.
