Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall management of warehouse operations, collaborating closely with the Warehouse Manager to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and safe startup process.
• Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of warehouse personnel.
• Effectively communicate organizational goals and objectives to the team.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to chemical warehousing.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and address any issues promptly.
• Implement and monitor systems/SOPs for the proper handling and storage of chemical products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Ability to navigate challenges associated with a pioneer role patiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with regulatory authorities.
