Responsibilities:

• Develop new customer / new market

• Maintain good business relationship with customers
• Plan and manage sales activities to meet personal sales targets

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in any field
• 0 - 3 Years Experience
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (need to liaise with China), is an added advantage for Cantonese & Hokkien
• Good PR, aggressive & self-driven
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in Plastics industries is an added advantage

Your duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Handle, administer and execute all office admin duties & operation tasks which include paperwork such as issuance of Invoices, Delivery Order, Credit Note, Debit Note and others related paperwork to ensure smooth operations.
• To attend phone calls, email reply & postage.
• Assist and co-ordinate in preparation of daily schedule & logistics with Sales and Operation Department.
• Ensure all the project(s) photos to be updated and kept onto the respective folder in the server.
• Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take and conveying messages and routing all correspondence to respective personnel.
• Resolve and handle administrative issues and queries appropriately. Dealing with client(s) complaint such as on CN, invoicing, shortage of delivery, delay of delivery, etc.
• Follow up and liaises with respective department and assist on overdue payment collection and reports. Issuance of Reminder letter and CTOS letter to all Outstanding Payment Client(s) as well as co-ordinate with Lawyer for the Issuance of Demand letter.
• Coordinating with clients applying the work permit & attending the site safety briefing class as require for the respective projects.
• Support the sales research and analysis which may include preparation of reports and presentation on sales performance to provide analytical support and data to contribute to increasing profitability and continuous improvement.
• Maintain databases, utilizing appropriate software, systems and metrics to provide accurate and timely data to inform decision making and contribute to respective personnel and department.
• Organize and carry out an efficient documentation/records, files, reports are properly filed and kept daily.
• Compiling of monthly/ad-hoc reports for review and tracking purposes that require by the Management.
• Manage and monitor office supplies and bills, reorder when required.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when assigned and required by the Management from time to time.
• Knowledge of SQL system would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint.
• Able to write and speak clearly in Chinese, English and Malay.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to build good working relationships at all levels.
• Must possess own vehicle.

• 組織和執行有效的文件/記錄，文件，報告每天正確歸檔和保存。
• 編制月度/臨時報告，以供管理層要求的審查和追蹤目的。
• 管理和監控辦公用品和帳單，並在需要時重新訂購。
• 根據管理層不時分配和要求的情況履行臨時職責。
• 了解 SQL 系統將是一個額外的優勢。
• 熟練使用 Microsoft Excel、Microsoft Word 和 Microsoft Powerpoint。

• Research the market/industry for the best sales approach
• Identify new partnership opportunities, use consultative sales techniques
  to understand and meets with clients requirements, and solutions to improve client's operations
• Develop business plans presentation, handle inquiries and provide product knowledge

Role Description:

Through the remainder of calendar year 2024, SGS will continue to execute an ambitious initiative to implement Workday as its global HR Technology solution across 7 regions/118 countries around the world. We have completed the first two phases of implementation and are planning to embark on the third phase, adding our remaining employee population onto Workday. The ‘Workday Functional Consultant, Contract’ will be a key contributor on the HR Technology team to support additional rollout activities at a regional level.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Serve as a regional rollout team member and a point of contact between regional and local stakeholders and the global project team, including HR Technology, IT and implementation partner (Deloitte)
• Conduct system walkthroughs, data collections and configuration requirements
• Support program team with system configuration and unit testing in the areas of HCM, Compensation and Absence & Time Off
• Play a hands-on role in data conversion, data scrubbing and data quality resolution within the data conversion process
• Understand, communicate and support mySGS global design. Provide options and solutions for business challenges, considerate of both global and local needs
• Support change management and learning activities in the region. Identify areas where additional education and support are needed for regional and local stakeholders.
• Drive task completion and schedule management through by communicating priorities, ensuring understanding of work and deliverables by stakeholders and supporting the completion of activities where needed
• Work flexible and variable schedule to overlap both with regional stakeholders and global team resources
• Contributes to our continuous improvement culture by identifying and raising areas for improvement and solution options and recommendations

Being a Brow Expert in the company, you will be trained and certified on the unique skillset of brows & facial waxing on top of having the best knowledge on make-up application techniques, tips & tricks as well as be exposed to a wide range of make-up products. A Brow Expert will also be able to build up their own base of regular customers to ensure that you have a constant flow of customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers as well as store managers and cast members.
• Engage customers in a productive discussion to address skin concerns

• Arrange appointments for return services
• Maintain counter cleanliness
• Ensure that top selling stock are not facing low or out of stocks issues; shelves are fully stocked at all time.
• Ensure personal bow bar areas are always at tip top condition, communicate maintenance issues to counter manager/sales manager
• Adhere to hygiene standards of the brand
• Ensure that the Benefit uniform is worn and full make up is always applied during work hours
