Kitchen Showroom Consultant required by our client who are the UK’s leading and award-winning Kitchen makeover company. They specialise in renovating existing kitchens instead of replacing, typically saving customers 50% of the cost of replacement.

Due to their continued growth and success, they are now recruiting for a Full Time Time Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant to work from our clients Jordanhill, Glasgow Branch.

THE ROLE

• As Kitchen Showroom Consultant you will be the first point of contact for customers coming to the showroom
• You will be showing customers the products and service on offer e.g. Kitchen doors, worktops, handles etc.
• Arranging and booking appointments for a member of the team to carry out a home / site visit to take measurements etc.
• Taking phone calls from potential and existing customers
• Following up internet and email enquiries
• Helping customer choose colours, styles etc.
• Ensuring the showroom is clean and tidy at all times
• You will also be carrying out general admin duties e.g., quotations and other admin work as required
• This is a Full Time Permanent Role, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
• You will also do occasional Saturdays to cover sickness and additional holiday cover
• Working as a part of a small team, helping out in all departments as business dictates
• You will be working from the Jordanhill, Glasgow showroom

THE PERSON

• The successful Showroom Consultant MUST have similar experience in a role with significant customer interaction
• Ideally have previous showroom sales experience e.g., Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, DIY, Electrical, Home Furnishing etc.
• A friendly disposition and ability to engage customers is essential
• Enthusiasm for and a strong interest in home improvements
• The successful candidate must be able to work independently, often looking after the showroom on your own.
• Confident, able to convert an enquiry into a lead or site visit
• You must be IT proficient, able to use email, Word, Excel and the Microsoft suite
• You MUST have excellent customer service skills with great customer facing skills

This post supports robust year-round Consultant delivery of existing anaesthetic services. We require the services of anaesthetists who can undertake weekend general/obstetric work to begin with. However, we anticipate opportunities to join specialist on call rotas in the coming years. This will be your choice, subject to mutual agreement with the Care Group Lead and the needs of the Trust.

We also cover surgical specialities at Lymington New Forest Hospital, and sessions are available there. A wide range of anaesthetic skills are needed, therefore candidates with almost any skill set are welcome. The Trust has a programme of expansion, over the next year. Two new theatres are planned on site, and potentially the development of off-site working in an elective centre.

• Managing 1st and 2nd line risk management with knowledge in key cybersecurity domains such as Application Security, IT Governance, IT Compliance & Audit, Identity & Access Management, Cloud Security, Asset Security, Threat/Vulnerability Management, Business Continuity Management.

• Familiar with MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines and strong understanding of the issues and legal/technical requirements of those regulatory guidelines.

• Familiar with MAS Outsourcing Guidelines.

• Familiar with MAS Technology and Security regulatory requirements and policies and IT / cyber security best practices, cyber threat landscape, cyber security technologies, including cloud security principles, practices and solutions.

• Experience on security assessment, improvement and solution finding.

• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) and associated security controls

• Ability to develop security policy, standards and guidelines on best practices and industry standard.

• Strong resilience personality, strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foster alignment of the IT Risk Management requirements and business strategies to identify and mitigate potential cyber security risks

• Certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM or any relevant certification is an advantage.

We are now looking for a CTRM Consultant to implement our software for new clients.

A client facing role in the oil & commodity trading industry. Expect an exciting and dynamic work environment in a niche industry. Applicants must be comfortable with overseas travel.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement CoreTRM successfully for clients
• Understand and document client requirements
• Identify any gaps and determine appropriate solutions
• Extend the core product using the data model and the scripting extensions
• Design and configure interfaces to other applications
• Facilitate and ensure user acceptance
• Carry out training for end-users
• Raise change requests for platform enhancements
• Liaise with CoreTRM product developers to design and test enhancements
• Follow CoreTRM standards, procedures and policies
• Provide ongoing support to clients when required
• Any other ad-hoc duties when required
• Travel to or based at client sites locally or overseas when required

NOTE: This is not an IT (Information Technology) role - this is a CLIENT FACING role that requires consultants to have the relevant business knowledge, speak to clients, understand their business requirements, and work with internal counterparties (Services/IT team if development work is required) to customise our platform to suit clients' requirements.
