Job Responsibilities :

• Ensuring that all material used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workplace involved in the project.
• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
• Liaising with clients and their representative (architects, engineers and surveyors) including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate
• Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 1-2 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
• Required skill(s) : Autocad, Microsoft Office.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering -
• Civil/Construction,Structural.
• Fresh Graduates are encourage.

Requirement

1)Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

2) Proven work experience as a supervisor or any department in the construction company

3) Basic knowledge of first aid practices

4) Familiar with the construction tools and equipment

5) Ability to work for long hours

6) Good analytical and communication skils

7 ) Strong leadership qualities

Responsibility

1) Overseeing the progress of all construction activities

2) Ensuring all on site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations

3) Implementing industry best practices and safety protocols

4) Hiring and evaluating the performance of the on site workers

5) Interpreting building plan ands construction blueprints

6) conducting site inspections to ensure is it free from any safety hazards

7) Ensuring the workers follow  site safey procedures

8) Handling any on site accidents with the uttermost care and awareness .

• Construction schedule development and input
• Coordination and direction for all construction matters and issue
• Monitor the performance of the project from a construction perspective
• Initate and direct safety and quality audits
• Overseeing the performance of construction phase of contract commitment to ensure timely execution of work
• Able to work independently and under presure, strong interpersonal skills and ability to plan, organize and coordinate to exceed company standard. 
• Manager and Supervisor team of construction employee at site.

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering(Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Ms Office, Ms Project, AutoCAD
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, Chinese, English
• At least 10 year(s) of working exprience in the related field is required for this position. 
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/ Construction/ Structural or equivalent.

• Able to commerce work immediately & posses own vehicle would be an added advantage.
