Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Develop positive relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive.
• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Familiarity of sales performance metrics.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.

• 根據 KPI 監控績效並在必要時採取糾正措施。積極識別和尋求新的銷售機會並維護現有客戶。
• 制定並實施行銷策略以維持和增加業務收入。

要求：

• 至少擁有行銷、物流/運輸領域的文憑/高級/高級/研究生文憑、學士學位/研究生文憑/專業學位或同等學歷。
• 該職位需要至少2年相關領域的工作經驗。
• 具有出色的有效口頭和書面溝通、演示和分析能力。
• 所需語言：馬來語、華語、英語
• 所需技能：Microsoft Office
