大客戶經理負責與客戶建立長期、信任的關係。客戶經理的職責是監督分配的客戶組合,從現有客戶中開發新業務並積極尋求新的銷售機會。
職責包括:
- 與客戶建立牢固的關係
- 與主要業務主管和利害關係人聯繫並準備銷售報告
- 回答客戶的疑問並在新舊客戶中識別新的商機。
- 與跨職能內部團隊(包括管理、採購、物流、財務部門)聯絡,以改善整個客戶體驗。
- 擔任所有客戶帳戶管理事宜的主要聯絡人
- 確保根據客戶的需求和目標及時、成功地交付我們的解決方案
- 向內部和外部利害關係人清楚傳達月度/季度計劃的進度
- 與現有客戶開發新業務和/或確定需要改進的領域以滿足銷售配額
- 預測和追蹤關鍵客戶指標(例如季度銷售結果和年度預測)
- 準備帳戶狀態報告
要求和技能:
- 已證明的工作經驗
- 具有溝通、展現和影響組織各級關鍵利害關係人的能力
- 擁有根據客戶需求提供以客戶為中心的解決方案的經驗
- 具有同時處理多個客戶管理專案的能力,同時保持對細節的敏銳關注 出色的傾聽、談判和演示能力
- 良好的口頭和書面溝通能力擁有自己的交通工具能夠出國旅行
