Responsibilities: 

• Able to work beyond normal working hours when necessary.
• Implement effective maintenance procedures to minimize production down time caused by breakdown of machineries. 
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems and develop and execute maintenance plans to minimise downtime and disruptions. 
• Analyse data to identify trends, diagnose problems and develop solutions to improve equipment reliability and performance. 
• Implement effective preventive maintenance plan to ensure all facilities and equipment operate efficiently and effectively. 
• Initiate necessary modification and improvement to enhance machine efficiency. 
• Conduct studies and carry out analysis to ensure capacity of mechanical installations meet the needs of production. 
• Initiate immediate actions to recommend for improvement and upgrading when and where necessary. 
• Ensure all work requests are sufficiently and promptly fulfilled. 
• Assist in developing system and procedures to continuously enhance energy efficiency. 
• Conduct constant review on spare parts consumption and initiate necessary purchase of spare parts. 
• Analyse spare parts consumption and maintenance cost and initiate effective actions to reduce consumption and maintenance cost. 
• Monitor to ensure operation of utility supply and facilities comply with provision of relevant laws, by-laws, rules and regulations. 
• Plan constantly for proper upkeep and maintenance of building facilities. 
• Ensure continuous development and upgrading of subordinates’ skills. 
• Involve actively in cost savings or improvement projects. 
• To advise and guide maintenance supervisor in the implementation of effective 
  maintenance programs. 
• Provide proper guidance to subordinates to troubleshoot and overcome machine problems speedily and effectively. 
• To prepare monthly reports, capital expenditures and evaluate service providers.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in same field mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance 
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and knowledge of equipment and machinery 
• Ability to analyse information, diagnose problems and develop solutions 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strong time management and organisational skills 
• Ability to prioritise tasks and make decisions under pressure 
• Language required : English,Bahasa Malaysia, chinese 
• Minimum education level : certification level 

Job Description:

• To monitor project quality plan, work program and assist Project Manager in monitoring project cash flow and progressive claim preparation.
• Provide oversight in managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project from start-up through closeout and ensure that owner’s expectation is met.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor construction works at site & ensure site personnel following of company rules & regulations.
• Prepare quantity for variation order works and quotation.
• Ensure our installation, servicing and / or maintenance works are according to drawing contract specification and work schedule
• To attend site progress meeting, coordination meeting, safety meeting and site inspection
• To attend valuation of progress claim with client and / or consultants’ representative
• Ensure that the day-to-day operations of projects are transitioned effectively to
• Project Managers when work commences in the field.
• Adhere to quotation and tender management policies and practice in performing daily task.
• Obtain necessaries and update documents to ensure availability of documents (e.g: pricing & technical data) for tender submission
• Prepare quotations & proposed drawing as per client’s requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for on time delivery of all assigned tenders / quotation.
• Keep pricing and other information regarding quotation and tender confidential
• Adhere AUTOCAD drawing as per client requirements

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, EXCEL, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Project, OUTLOOK
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering Construction/Structural or equivalent.
