You will be handling as a practice lighting consultant, to design and proposal suitable lighting proposals to clients according to their needs. Through our interactive lighting tour, help client to understand better the lighting impact in their house. 

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for handling the leads and customer inquiries and converting potential clients to customers.
• Design and propose a suitable lighting plan (Training will be provided) 
• Provide professional lighting and ambience advice to clients, and review the lighting plan to best fit their needs. (Training will be provided)
• Achieve the sales target monthly
  Manage customer experience by attending and building interpersonal relationships through lighting tours.
• Willing to learn, and take initiative on the project assigned from superior.
  Be responsible and professional.

Job Requirements:

• AutoCAD and Photoshop
• Persistent in following up and through to completion.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Project Management Skill and Time management.
• Adaptable & highly flexible with changes

RESPONSIBILITES

• To perform follow up on potential deals and customers.
• Daily sourcing of leads or new sales opportunities. 
• To liaise with R&D team closely for customers’ enquiry. 
• To arrange food presentation, food testing or customer visits for potential, new and existing customers. 
• To achieve monthly sales target discussed and set by management team.
• To provide solutions to potential, new and existing customers. 
• To maintain a good and healthy relationship with potential, new and existing customers.
• To track orders, trace production and trace delivery on your sales. 
• To proactively follow up payment and collect payment. 
• To perform after sales service to existing customers. 
• To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, and report to superior. 
• To submit weekly sales report to superior.
• To draft and prepare any relevant documents (e.g. Sales Contract, Non-Disclosure Agreement etc) as well as new customer account opening. 
• To fully commit in any sales related process. 
• To arrange quarterly sales meeting with Sales Team and Managing Director for review and discussion.
• Any ad hoc task by superior or management. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least 2 years of F&B sales manufacturing line experience. 
• Ability to speak, write, and read in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. 
• Possess Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills. 
• Possess own transport, able to be prepared and attend for events during weekends. 
• Passionate in F&B manufacturing line and eager to learn new things. 
• Punctuality.
• Proactive and independent team player.
• Willing to take challenge. and a positive thinker
• Multi-tasker, and able to work under pressure in order to achieve sales target. 
• Aggressive in achieving goals set by management.
• Willing to work after ordinary working hour (If needed only). 
• Working Hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)

INCENTIVES

• Fixed monhtly allowance (RM500 - RM700). 
• Commission entitlement (0.5% - 2%). 
• Basic salary negotiable, depending on education qualification and working experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers.
• Attending to member and customer’s enquiries, feedback and requests.
• Using in-store interactive tools and product promotions to drive sales.
• Ensuring that visual merchandising standards are always adhered to.
• Handling sales and membership transactions over the counter.
• Proactively following-up on customers’ enquiries, feedback and requests.
• Keeping regular engagement with customers and update them with promotions and new products launches and to maintain good relationship.
• Performing daily stock take to ensure physical inventory and system record tallies.
• With basic beauty background and knowledge is added value.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM Level
• Presentable and positive attitude
• Pleasant, outgoing and sociable personality with good interpersonal and customer service skill
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Able to communicate effectively in English, Malay and Mandarin (To liaise with Mandarin speaking members and customers)
• Computer literate
• On a rotational scheduled basis
• Able to perform shift duty including weekends & willing to work retail hours
• MRT station is within walking distance from company
