Job Descriptions

• Manage all day-to-day administrative/reception tasks to ensure an efficient front office 
• Ensure that the office comply with relevant health and safety requirements 
• Ensure that the office is maintained in good order to provide a productive working environment 
• Manage general communication such as post, deliveries, couriers, etc. 
• Organize internal and external meetings, conferences and workshops 
• Manage printing system (internal printing/photocopying jobs, supplies, maintenance)
