About the Role
• Lead and manage Finance Applications support team for AIA Business Units mainly on SAP and Blackline.
• Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template and ensure regional solution architecture team is aligned.

- Perform daily Activities – Incident and Service Request: & Fast Track Change Request
- Assign resources to work on tickets based on Complexity Matrix
- Monitoring progress of outstanding tickets
- Accountable for compliance (SLA)
- Review & approve Change Deployment Template
- Monitoring progress from documentation up to deployment stage
- Accountable for compliance (SLA, governance controls)
- Escalation points for issues within individual module/ teams (e.g. Resource availability issues)
- Manage daily activities as per defined in accordance with USC operational policy (i.e. Complexity Matrix, Standard Operating Procedure) which mainly covers new support transition to BAU, Month/Year End closing support, case type transition to Service Hub.
- Team leadership, coordination and administration for the team assigned. Tasks include but not limited to:
- Team functional, administrative and development.
- Team shifts arrangement and planning.
- Team assignment allocation.
- Participation in Finance Change Board (FCB) when necessary.
- Continuously identify and deliver process improvement and quality via automation and other latest enablers.
- Positive collaboration with all team members on daily related matters.
- Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency of the end user base and act as a USC ambassador.
- May require short term travel, standby and shift arrangements.
- Supporting Senior Manager on work assignments as per required
