Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily bank reconciliation report.
• Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
• Complete weekly bank recon to ensure no discrepancy in banking.
• Check on petty cash returns from branches and issue reimbursement cheque.
• Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
• Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any.
• Any other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
• Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
• Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
• Able to handle Full set Account will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with Auto Count Accounting System.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

Responsibilities:

• Effective inventory management, monitor expiry dates and stock rotation
• Ensure accuracy of all pharmacy related activities to achieve safe and timely dispensing to internal and external customers.  
• Practice excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure that customers are given precise instructions on the use of medications efficaciously.
• Perform cytotoxic drug reconstitution and ensure safe handling of cytotoxics.
• Protect and ensure efficient use of assets and equipments.

Requirements:

• Posess Diploma in Pharmacy.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience would be an added advantage.
• Thorough knowledge of dosage administration and measurement, chemical compounds, medical brands etc.
