Roles & Responsibilities
This position will encompass both Accounts payable and receivable functions. 
As Accounts Executive, your overall objective will be to work with the finance team with primarily responsible being day to day execution and management of AP and AR portfolio in the department.

*Manage AP and foreign currency payments.
*Manage AR and credit control.
*General Ledger and balance sheet reconciliation.
*Liaising with operations and other departments to gather financial information and to enter these information into operational and finance system.
*Assist with month end, quarterly end and year end audit requirements.
*Prepare month end journal.
*Prepare cash flow forecasts/analysis on daily/monthly basis.
*Bank reconciliation, including multi-currency reconciliation.
*Ensure company debtor accounts are paid as per trading terms.
*Conduct credit checks on new customers.

Requirements for the role
Our client is specifically searching for female candidates who would want to pursue and develop for long term career growth in logistics industry.  
-Female in age group 28-40.
-Possess minimum LCCI Diploma qualification in Accounting or Bachelor degree.
-At least 2-3 years experience in handling accounting functions, ideally in similar logistics industry.
-Experience in reconciling general ledger accounts and foreign currency transactions would be an advantage.
-Prior experience using CargoWise advantageous. 
-Intermediate Excel skills.

職責範圍：
*預訂時將工作裝運登記到 CargoWise 中。
*透過航運公司預訂艙位。
*準備並開立貨運發票。
*與海外辦事處和其他部門的內部聯絡。
*與客戶聯絡，讓他們了解出貨狀態。
要求： 人
我們正在尋找至少擁有文憑資格的女性候選人。她必須精通計算機，能夠操作 MS Word、Excel 和 Outlook 應用程式。
具有 2-3 年貨運代理行業經驗的候選人將優先考慮。
EDI CargoWise 經驗具有優勢。
良好的溝通能力，英語口語和書面能力，並精通國語和普通話。

Our client is a premier loyalty promotion and fulfillment management company in Malaysia. Their clientele have grown and diversified in the last decade, from initial mainly commercial banks and financial institutions to telecommunication, petroleum and MNCs. Under their reward programs, they have collaborated with top local and international brands to deliver attractive rewards for the member customers.     
Currently they are seeking to recruit additional persons to join their existing customer service team that will be based at corporate office in Section 51, Petaling Jaya. 
This is a full time permanent position with working hours from 9.00am-6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
About the job
As the Loyalty Program Administration Executive, you will be managing customer care for their various loyalty reward programs within mainly in the banking and financial institutions and other major corporate entities. This role is primarily responsible for supporting and administering the loyalty programs of these various business entities in Malaysia.  
This position is fast paced. As the Loyalty Program Administration Executive, you will be managing fulfillment and redemption process and customers' portfolio entitlements and rewards within their loyalty program. Your role will be attending to customer interactions in timely basis by providing accurate information on entitlements and rewards earned through the loyalty programs. Where appropriate you will assist in facilitating and attend to customers inquiries and concerns.
Your role will also include managing, ordering and purchasing and making delivery of rewards earned to customers. 
Candidate Profile
We are looking for female candidates to assume this customer-focus role. She must ideally possess minimum Diploma qualification in any field of study coupled with strong communication skills, the ability to speak fluent English and BM.  Those who are also able to speak Chinese/Mandarin will be advantageous to take up this role.
Ideally we are looking for candidates who have proven loyalty program experience preferably in banking/financial institution environment. Candidates for this role must have the desire to work in a supportive team environment with ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy. She must be computer literate with ability to use MS Office and e-mail internet applications skills.

Job Description
Our client,an established international logistics and freight services company is seeking suitable logistics candidates with previous experience to join their operations team based at Kelana Jaya. Candidates with a stable logistics work history in quoting and liaising with clients however with no previous ocean freight forwarding experience but enthusiastic to learn this side of business will be welcome to apply for this role.
This is a non-customer facing role with relationship to other offices and close contact with shipping lines.
The primary purpose of this position is to manage and operate LCL and FCL shipments across national boundaries within Australia and the Far East region.
Daily duties:
-Receipt of all LCL and FCL bookings from clients and partner network..
-Prepare relevant shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading,Customs documentation and Certificate of origin.
-Communicate with regular update of progress of shipments to clients.
-Close interaction with vendors and overseas networks.
Requirements
Malaysian female preferred in age group 23-35.
Possess minimum a Diploma qualification in any discipline.
A good 2 years of work experience in sea freight operations or logistic coordination role.
Confident communicator,especially in English plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.
Competent IT skills MS Office and internet applications.

Currently they are seeking to recruit a Indoor Freight business development professional to promote and develop new business for the sea-freight products and services for both imports and exports.
Role & Responsibilities
The key role will primarily focus on new business development but also manage the existing business clients. 
The role will entail cold calling and attending to client visits.
Manage the selling process to external clients/customers.
The role of Business Development Executive will include conducting presentations, promoting and highlighting benefits of Sea freight services for exports. As the Business Development Executive, you will also be responsible for leading rate and cost negotiations, ensuring up to date SOP's are in place  and all customers new and existing are fully aware of the excellent range of freight forwarding services available.
Job Requirements:Candidate profile
Malaysian, male or female who must possess at least a Diploma qualification. 
The successful sales candidate will be required to be outgoing, motivated and have a target driven approach to sales and business development. He/she must be eager to increase business, gain new business sales and possess strong communication and rapport building skills and sound understanding of freight forwarding, in particular sea-freight services.
