We are looking for a senior recruiter to join CoStar Group as a senior Quant Recruiter in the Richmond, VA office. They will be responsible for attracting top quantitative talent that will work with product and market analytics teams to develop quantitative models used to provide market analysis for our customers using CoStar Group products. This individual will need to operate with flawless candidate and client execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing relationships with local and national talent for future talent pipelines. Senior recruiters will operate as a key contact for hiring managers and will partner with HR Business Partners and the Learning and Development team to ensure effective on-boarding to maximize new hires success. You will consult with hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer presentation.
This role is located in our Richmond VA office and requires 5 days a week in office.
