Job Brief

We are looking for a proactive and highly ambitious Client Management Specialist/Executive (Key Account) who will handle our client accounts. You will build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, ensure targets for the client are met, and help the client to succeed. Description :

• Assist the PD/PM in overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work program.

• Check on quality of materials and workmanship by ensuring correct use of materials.
• Organize & deploy resource/material for project, attend site matters & complains related to project sites.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as Resident Engineer or Recognized Degree in relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer, and at least 3 years of experience in construction supervision for project of similar scale and complexity.

You will provide financial information to the budget holders, relevant internal and external Stakeholder of the NCEL Provider Collaborative that is timely, robust and accurate. You will provide high quality information and data to enable budget managers to effectively and efficiently manage budgets and to support the development of strategies to improve financial performance.You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to discuss, explain, influence, recommend and prioritise financial information and required actions to drive and improve financial performance.We warmly welcome applications from the Veteran Community.
