Job Description

• Lead the design, implementation and execution of system integration projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standards. 
• Developing and control the full project-plan lifecycle and identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements, acquire necessary research and materials or tools, project site evaluation for project execution. 
• Clarify and communicate project scope of supply, explain engineering design, process flow diagram and plans with customers confidently and precisely. 
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs, conduct installations and deliver training sessions to end-users on system operation and maintenance best practices. 
• Produce detail engineering design on the process according to respective standard (GEP and GMP) and create process flow diagram, layouts, 3D drawing and effective presentation on processes via FDS, Functional Design Specification. 
• Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute project plans according to project requirements, standard, quality and safety compliance, local authorities, third party inspection, process warranty and after sales services. 
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, 
  schematics and user manuals. 
• Perform maintenance on the process equipment and restore equipment to normal operating condition and produce service report. 
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing issues related to system performance, maintenance and upgrades. 
• Assist customers to plan intervals of preventive maintenance, spare parts inventory, analyse risk and recommend consumable and critical spare parts purchase. 

Qualifications

• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements, answer inquiries and provide technical guidance and training on the proper use and maintenance of company’s product.

Job Requirement:

Job Responsibilities:

• In-charge of planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the civil & structural works
• Overseeing engineering deliverables and multi-disciplinary works to meet project quality requirements
• Responsible for delivering civil design engineering work efficiently and in a timely manner during proposal and project delivery stage
• Checking and monitoring overall sub-structure/structuring works, Architectural and M&E works
• Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out as per Drawings and Specifications and according to local regulations and requirements.
• Liaise with consultant, contractor and local authorities for project related matters and requirements to ensure the smooth implementation of work progress
• To perform minor design calculation, drawings and report works
• Prepare and compile weekly and monthly project related report
• Prepare billing certificate and letter to Architect
• Ensure the workmanship & quality of building during construction stage.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
• Minimum 15 years of site works experience in building and infrastructure construction
• Possess a positive attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written
• Mandarin speaking ability will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently and also good teamwork
• Possess own transport
• Willing to travel
