• Ensure all areas within our business premises and the slot machines are in good orderly and working conditions at least 15 minutes before shift starts and during the whole duration of shift.
• Report duty at least 30 minutes before shift starts for daily opening in the event if you are Duty Shift in Charge.
• Supervise gaming operations and personnel in an assigned area according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ensure that each station is covered by sufficient floor staff in each shift.

• Report machines malfunction to the technicians and brief next Duty Shift in Charge to follow up until such malfunction is solved in an efficient manner.
• Ensure the premises is clean and in tidily manner at all times.
• Ensure the electricity is switched off (except for the designated area and where power points are required to be switched on after operating hours) before leaving the property.
• Ensure the alarm system is activated and all doors are locked before leaving the property.
• Assigned keys must be kept properly according to the Company’s policies.
• Explain the house rules and games rules to customers.
• Attend to customers complaints in an efficient and courteous manner and report the complaints to the superior.
• Report if found any irregularity to the superior immediately.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior, Executive/ Manager.

Responsible

• Daily work arrangement and coordination of the production department
• Develop and manage various processes and standards for the production department, and supervise their implementation
• Conduct monthly and annual evaluations and cause analysis on KPIs of each group within production to find solutions to improve service quality
• Responsible for resource management, quality and safety management, inventory management and other related work
• Seek all aspects of solutions, execution and management to improve department efficiency

Job requirements

• SPM or above, proficient in Chinese, English, Malay (listening, reading, writing)

 Daily understanding of the operation status of each furnace and equipment.

l Responsible for arranging the daily production schedule and assigning it to each furnace.

l According to orders, plan the procurement of raw materials and supervise material mixers to use raw materials reasonably.

l Communicate with the sales department regarding changes in order delivery dates.

l Handling urgent orders, and communicating with the production department to coordinate production capacity.

l Responsible for reducing inventory backlog.

l Updating material lists for new product production, i.e., updating the ERP system's material list and grade additions.

Job requirement 

l Technical secondary school or above, proficient in computer operation.
