Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the items received.

Job Description

PM role for site level HR Activities.

• Develop system-based tools to simplify HR business processes – experienced using system level mapping tools and development of system-based solutions.
• Develop solutions to improve employee experience using HR digital technologies eg. using cloud base technology for traditional data migration and storage.
• Develop and execute site communication plan and develop intelligent analytics to feed forward VOB.
• Project manage site related liaison with corporate branding team for external communication posting (FB, LinkedIn etc as needed).
• Develop reporting to gather insights from social media posting data and develop foresight based on data generated.
• Project manage site level OD plan working with individual department heads to develop talent pipeline.

To be responsible for planning and supervision of poultry caretakers in executing daily operations at the farm.

To comply with Egg handling SOP's from nest to hatchery inclusive of collection, separation, grading, fumigation, records, and documentation.

To ensure accurate feeding and feedback (observation, time frame, etc.) as well as feed inventory control and documentation.

To carry out daily monitoring, minor maintenance tasks and facility monitoring to ensure assets functionality are in good order at all times and follow up with the Maintenance Team in carry out timely and effective R&M works.

To ensure compliance in accuracy and timeliness of records and documentation updates and submissions as well as promptly highlighting non-conformance with appropriate corrective recommendations.

To supervise continuous housekeeping measures (including hygiene, rodent and pest control) for farm houses and all its equipment and machinery including feeding and drinking system.

To work closely with the Flock Health team and Supervisor (Production) and Farm Operation Executives  on execution of flock heath program and bio-security monitoring, measures and programs as well as timely and accurate removal of none productive birds.

To work with Farm Operation Executive (Production) and Senior Supervisor (Maintenance) in planning of supplies to the group to ensure on time delivery, accuracy of distribution, recording of deliveries, correct usage and stock control.

To ensure best practices leading to maximize the flock health status by good veterinary observation, good husbandry observation, clinical analysis and bio-security.

To perform any other task and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.

1. Work with CM to ensure all commits are given within the same day unless with special reasons
2. Ensure 100% accuracy in the commit given by CM. Zero decommits unless if it is based on external factor (freight delay / natural disaster)
3. Communicate closely with CM to ensure all consigned parts are available prior loading.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

The Project Specialist is responsible for managing the creative workflow of marketing collateral as assigned. This individual collaborates with communications colleagues who represent Marketing Communications, Digital, Events, PR, Internal Communications, Brand and Creative Services.

•  Collaborate closely with peers in Marketing Communications, Digital, Brand, Events, Creative Services, Public Relations, Internal Communications and Marketing to align on campaign deliverables, process, best practices and efficiencies.
• Schedule kickoff, concept, status and other requested meetings for projects assigned.
• Develop timelines and monitor schedules in project management system, update project statuses.

Our location in Austin, TX currently has an opportunity for an Onboarding & Communications Specialist. The Onboarding & Communications Specialist position supports and enhances the internal communications and on-boarding activities for Cardiac Rhythm Management’s (CRM) Commercial Excellence organization and the United Sates sales force.   This role establishes rapport with key Medical Device internal stakeholders, primarily in sales, business human resources, and sales training, to develop plans and protocols to ensure accurate, effective, and consistent delivery of internal communications and onboarding processes across the United States, for a field force of more than 1,300 people that support over $1B in revenue.

• Lead the development and execution of internal communication objectives and strategies across the organization to ensure the effective delivery of internal communications as directed by leadership
• Identify and implement continuous improvement of internal communications contents and methods for field communications
• Execute various components of communication activities across the division
• Consult cross-functionally in the design of communications with clear and consistent messages to achieve identified delivery of key messages
• Develop and maintain key communication materials and distribution lists for organizational changes across the division
• Measure the effectiveness of programs by conducting communications surveys as needed
• Participate in projects across the commercial excellence and sales training organizations, as well as other function as needed
• Collaborate with the sales training organization to deliver new hire training and measure the effectiveness via feedback surveys
• Partner with business human resources on special projects associated with new hire onboarding and employee communications
• Facilitate onboarding content during new hire orientation
