Responsibility & Authority    : -

• Enhance the control of five (5) Ms (Materials, Manpower, Machine, Method and Measurement).
• Monitor Production Daily activities, performance and achievement for reporting to Production Manager.
• Coordinate with production personnel to ensure smooth running of production as planned.
• Liaise with Logistic & Production department on time delivery or change of schedule if any.
• To ensure that all operators / production personnel to strictly follow the production process, methods, as well as SOP.
• Any problems arise in the production must reported to the Production Manager.
• To sign the request form and formula during the absent of Production Manager.
• To help the Production Manager to oversee the maintenance and ensure that instruction given by Production Manager is followed.
• To ensure all time the house keeping and cleanliness are being followed as well as the Safety and Health Procedures are in Place.
• Ensure the issuance of worksheet is based on Logistic requisition and material availability.
• Issue formulations / worksheets based on order place down to production and upon request by Production Manager for universal tinter formulation etc.
• Issue new / amendment formulation / worksheet when required to be changed by Technical.
• Follow-up urgent project orders to meet customer’s requirement date etc.
• To update all the ISO (9001:2015,14001:2015) and Halal documentations and filling.
• To issue adhoc raw material and packing materials requisition for production use and other department requirement.
• Any other task may assign by Production Manager / Superior from time to time.
• Others matters which may be assigned by the superior / management.

Requirement : -

• Diploma/Degree holder in any engineering field or equivalent  
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in handling of Production
• Able to communicate well with all levels of workers and the Management
• In charge of production, output and quality to meet ISO Standard, Environmental and HALAL
• Computer Literate and strong leadership    
• Independent and can work with minimum supervision
• Able to arrange the Schedule and Planning to meet deadline
• Initiative and cooperative

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Asst.Training Manager in implementation of any other HR projects.
• To conduct introduction training for all direct new hires and incorporate relevant safety standards into all training programs and procedures.
• To work towards developing the knowledge, skills, and competencies of operators at assigned process.
• Deliver "On the Job" training to operators in order to achieve required standards and performance.
• To ensure all shop floor employees are adequately trained for job assigned and to maintain their training records for QMS purpose.
• To evaluate efficiency of operators, their jobs, and adherence to work instructions and or company policies and propose actions towards improvement.
• To create SOP/WI if needed.
• Submit weekly and monthly report.
• Manage multiple new hired employees at a time
• Performs regular process audits of personnel, tooling and equipment in assigned areas.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:

• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia and other language is advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively and sensitively.
• With good attendance and work quality.
• Knowledge in ISO9001:2000 is and added advantage
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel

Job Descriptions

• Control and handle operation activity in well organisation.
• Monitoring the quality of the incoming material & products.
• Responsible for developing and implementing proper work methods and procedures to ensure operation safety habits and practices.
• Assist in generation of user requirement specification for recycling equipment and support for commissioning and process qualifications.
• Report to Superior all non-conformances and prevention action taken.
• Basic knowledge in chemistry.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing, Engineering in Mechanical or equivalent.
• Self-motivation, achievement oriented and able to work with minimum supervision, good people management skill, computer literate, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
